Event Overview
Get ready to train, test, and compete at F45 Green Mountain HYROX Simulation event held at Westbound CrossFit in Littleton. Whether you’re new to HYROX, looking to test your progress, or aiming to push your limits before your next competition, this event is for you.
All levels are welcome. We’ll have singles and doubles divisions with stations set up to match official HYROX flow so you can experience the challenge and energy in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Event Details:
✅ Date: Saturday, October 4, 2025
✅ Location: Westbound CrossFit, 9126 W Bowles Ave. #2b, Littleton, CO 80123
✅ Time: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (with the Peak Division after a short break)
We will run heats of 4 every 10 minutes throughout the event to ensure smooth flow and minimal waiting. Coaches will be stationed at each workout zone to guide, hype, and ensure form and safety throughout your race.
