Join us for a full day of insight, connection, and opportunity as we explore the economic potential of the Greater Cadillac Area.
The day begins at Wex Express (951 Casa Rd, Cadillac, MI), where participants will board a bus for a guided tour of available development properties in both Cadillac and Lake City, Michigan.
Throughout the tour, attendees will hear from a range of industry experts and resource partners, including representatives from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and Michigan Community Capital, who will share valuable information on incentives, funding tools, and opportunities available to developers and businesses in Northern Michigan.
We’ll also hear firsthand from local business owners who will share why they chose to grow and invest in this region.
Midday, we’ll stop for lunch at Rexair, located in the heart of one of Cadillac’s thriving industrial parks, where participants will have the chance to see successful development in action.
We will return to the Wex Express by 2pm
The day will wrap up with a happy hour and networking event at a downtown Cadillac business, from 2:30pm-4pm where community and business leaders will be available for informal discussions, new connections, and further conversations about investment potential in the area.
