John Roy's (Tonight Show, Conan, Star Search Champion) Vulture series The Great Bits breaks down second by second what comedy’s best are doing in their greatest performances, and the techniques they use to make their material lean, punchy, and memorable. In this seminar, he will take some of the best bits of all time and do a second-by-second breakdown of what makes them work. Each selection highlights a different element of either writing or performance that standups can incorporate into their own act. There is nothing more effective than learning from the best, and there is no act that cannot be improved with a guided in-depth study of what makes the greats great.
