Gratitude Sound Bath

November 18, Gratitude Sound Bath with Helena Nash (Sound Healer and Reiki Master), 6:00-7:00pm, $50 per person.

A sound bath is like a massage with sound for the inside of your body. The vibrations quite literally flow into your body your body—to retune your body, reset your emotions, and return you to your inner spirit connection.

While gratitude is an everyday tool for being present and in flow, this sound bath will have a special focus on the feeling of being grateful. This immersive sound bath opens with a sound-infused guided meditation to align your intentions, then flows into a soothing soundscape of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, and other instruments that nurture your connection to the dreams you’re calling in.

Like an inner massage, the vibrations gently harmonize your body and biofield—calming emotions, resetting your nervous system, and awakening inner clarity. Helena’s soulful, angelic voice weaves through the sound, carrying an ancient call to peace and connection.

Held in the scalar-enhanced room, the energy is amplified for deep restoration as Reiki flows throughout, supporting balance, healing, and renewal. Come rest, receive, and reconnect with your light.

With a degree in music and a rich connection with sound healing, she blends her intuitive Reiki skills with her musical talents to create a deeply calming experience. It complements the sound bath, amplifying the restorative effects of the session. Many participants have reported increased energy, clarity, and overall well-being in the weeks following their experience.
