We will ground into the present & open our hearts to gratitude for all the abundance we have in our lives.
Crystal bowls, chimes & drums will gently guide you into a deep relaxation, inviting peace & reflection amidst the business of the season. Come cozy, bring a mat or blanket & let the vibrations restore your spirit.
Just a few very important notes for everyone joining us:
Connect Collaborative1205 Dekalb Ave, Sycamore, IL (GPS will say “Energize Fitness”)
Look for the red brick standalone building across from Farm & Fleet.
Please park in the row furthest from the back door, near the grass.
Our entrance is from the back of the building. The front door will be locked!
Once parked, the door is to the West side of the building and down the stairs.
In the winter months the back door will be open to access. Open the door and it's the first door on your Right. Follow those downstairs.
Bathrooms are located downstairs. DO NOT USE THE UPSTAIRS BATHROOMS
