As the season turns, join us in a circle of gratitude. We’ll open with Breathwork, intention setting, Reiki energy healing to clear and balance your spirit, followed by a guided tea ceremony to ground and connect with the heart. Together, we’ll reflect on blessings—big and small—and anchor them into our bodies with mindfulness and intention.
