Overview

A healing space for Black women to rest, reflect, and remember their worth. Gratitude as resistance, not performance.

Sis, when was the last time you stopped and said, “I’m proud of me”—without rushing to the next thing on your list?

So many of us have been taught to be grateful for the good things, but not necessarily to ourselves. We thank everyone else while dragging our tired bodies through the day, silently judging ourselves for not doing enough. That stops here

“Gratitude for Who You Are” is a safe, no-performance zone for Black women who are ready to rest, reflect, and remember their own worth. We’ll talk about what it means to practice gratitude as resistance—not just smiling through struggle, but honoring yourself as the gift you’ve always been.

Through reflection, conversation, and truth-telling in community, you’ll leave with tools to: ✨ Reclaim gratitude as a self-care practice, not an obligation.

✨ Quiet guilt and comparison so you can breathe again.

✨ Create your personal “Enough List” — proof that you are already whole.

This isn’t about pretending everything’s fine. It’s about learning to thank yourself for surviving, healing, and showing up—even when you didn’t feel like it.

Come exhale with women who get it. You don’t have to earn your softness or your rest. You just have to show up.
