This gentle class helps you see food as a blessing, especially during the season of abundance. Instead of guilt or tension, we’ll cultivate gratitude for nourishment, community, and the gift of food.

Join us for a soothing yin yoga and breathwork practice that helps you reset your nervous system and bring peace to both your mind and belly. Through mindful movement and deep relaxation, we’ll explore how gratitude can transform not just your mindset, but your digestion, too.
