Jasmynn is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) passionate about helping BIPOC communities unlearn diet culture and reconnect with movement through care, not control. Her work blends mindful nutrition, accessible yoga, and body respect to support healing and empowerment.
