Grassroots Community Dunham Class Series

This class series aims to create a vibrant exchange of cultural and artistic practices in the City of Greensboro, by enriching the local dance community through a series of FREE Dunham Technique dance classes held in the Cultural Arts Center in Downtown Greensboro. Classes will be led by guest artist, Durham-based Dunham Technique instructor, Nicole ( Pinky) Thomas. The series will introduce and invite dancers to learn the fundamental principles of the Dunham Technique, enhancing their technical skills while providing a deeper understanding of the African Diasporic roots of modern dance.
