In this workshop, we’ll explore budgeting as a strategic tool for financial planning and sustainability. We'll move beyond the basics of planning only to meet expenses and into how to set sustainability and growth goals. We will cover:

• Values based budgeting and financial planning

• Various budget planning tools and methods

Yesenia has over 15 years of experience working with artists and arts organizations, with a special focus in business and finance coaching for individual artists, financial management, fundraising and development, facilitation, executive coaching and team building.
