We are excited to announce our first of many Grace Lab workshops - an exciting new addition to Grace Club. We will be partnering with some amazing experts in our network and will be bringing their work directly to you!
This event is open to ALL!
Jessie Nelson of KITH+common | community consulting will be opening the Lab with one of our favourite topics: Inclusion. They will focus on insights and tools that help create a more inclusive workplace and community, creating a space that will allow people to come as they are.
This workshop is designed for you if you are:
- an HR professional
- a business leader
- an entrepreneur
- a people manager, or
- anyone who has a desire to make an impact in the communities you serve and the people you lead
In these 3 hours we will take a deep dive into topics that will:
- redefine your understanding of diversity and inclusion
- show you how to create an inclusive environment at work and/or in your community
- form conversations around our unconscious biases and habits
- show you how to bring these practices to your teams, organizations and personal network in order to impact change and create more inclusive spaces for all people
This Grace Lab is an excellent way to develop your relationship with these topics, identify your own blind spots, and get into big, exciting conversation that will impact change!

Jessie of KITH came into our space for a lunch and learn and completely changed the conversation for our brand in the best way possible. Since Jessie's visit we are trying our best to make sure that our product (purple shoes for boys), campaigns (gender neutral casting) and conversation is more inclusive and gender neutral than before. We have always taken pride in being an inclusive brand but realized through KITH that we were not as gender neutral as we hoped. It took them coming in to really open our eyes on all the possibility and progress we could make as a company and brand.
