It’s a 6-week virtual mindfulness and coaching masterclass for women who want to start their week with clarity, peace, and purpose. Each session blends faith, breathwork, reflection, and practical tools to help you navigate change and prevent burnout.

2. Who is this experience for?

This is for women—especially moms, early- to mid-career professionals, and faith-driven leaders—who are juggling a lot and seeking a consistent spiritual reset to face their week with intention.

3. When and where does it take place?

Sessions are held every Tuesday at 7:30AM CST via Zoom, starting July 15. Each session lasts about 45 minutes, no more than an hour. Registered participants will be emailed the Zoom link to join along with a Discovery form from Dr. Shelley Kemp .

4. What if I can’t make a session?

No worries—each session will be recorded and sent to registered participants. You’ll have access for the duration of the 6-week experience (and a little extra grace time afterward!).
