Most AI for grant writers trainings stop at “here’s a list of prompts.” This course goes further. Beyond Prompts teaches grant writers how to structure their requests so the technology becomes a tool they can shape, not just something they type into and hope for the best.

We’ll break down the four levers of influence every AI user has:

• Prompts — the words you feed in.
• Instructions — the rules you set for how AI should respond.
• Knowledge — the information you give it to ground its output.
• System Version — the engine running underneath, with its own strengths and limitations.

By the end, you’ll know how to combine these levers to create reusable, customized AI tools that support your grant writing process, whether that means drafting narratives, building a budget justification generator, or training AI to mirror your organization’s voice for other communications projects.
