How early can I arrive?

Due to venue requirements this event opens promptly at 5:30. Please do not arrive any earlier as the team and sponsors will be putting the finishing touches on the event. We wouldn't want to spoil the magic for you!

Can I get the list of attendees?

Your hustle is noted! We do not share the attendee list but we do recommend bringing ample business cards and making rounds in the room often to take proper advantage of the networking.

Question 3

I'm no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?

We get it plans change! Unfortunately we're counting on you for our food and beverage numbers so we can not offer ticket refunds. We are happy to transfer your ticket to another govcon colleague if you find you can not attend. Please email matchmaker@govmates.com with that request.

I'm not a govmates member, can I attend?

If you're not already a govmates member you definitely can attend! Once you purchase your ticket, please go to govmates.com/membership and fill out a free profile. This profile grants you access to this and future govmates events.

Where do I park?
