EVENT POLICIES Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made before 3 weeks prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the event date will be subject to a partial refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one week before the event or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10 of the cancellation request. Please allow for processing time and note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account. Liability Waiver: All attendees will receive a link to a liability waiver from Everlore Events two weeks prior to the event date that must be signed before gaining entry to the event. Models may also be asked to sign a model release from photographers separately. If an attendee does not sign either waiver, they will be treated as a no-show and may not participate in this event or be entitled to a refund. Event Changes & Updates: The event organizers reserve the right to modify any aspect of the photoshoot event as necessary. This includes, but is not limited to: changes in the event schedule, location, photographers, or any other event details. Participants will be promptly informed of any significant updates or alterations through email or other communication channels. Events are contingent upon reaching a minimum number of bookings. If the required number of bookings is not met one month before the scheduled date, the event may be cancelled or postponed. Participants will be notified promptly if this occurs and a will receive a full refund of monies paid or a credit toward a future event equivalent to monies paid.  If the event needs to be rescheduled due to weather, force majeure, or acts of god, participants will be notified promptly. Every effort will be made to accommodate participants' schedules when selecting a new date. In the event that rescheduling is not possible or feasible, participants may be eligible for a refund.
