Many contracts never make it to closing. They go back on the market because proper preparation was neglected by either the buyer or seller. Many issues effecting purchase contracts from being able to close could be avoided if you understand the process from the point of mortgages and insurance.

Eventbrite charges a fee for you to pay through their platform. You may Zelle your $5.00  payment to save the fee. Just call (941) 894-9800 prior to get the number for making your payment.

What's for lunch?

The panel of experts will be sharing with you from 10:30 until approximate 12:00pm. Lunch should arrive shorty before noon. If you do not expect anything over-the-top fancy, you should not be disappointed. The purpose for the lunch is to provide a casual atmosphere for more intimate conversation.

Can we just pay at the door?

If there are still seats available on the day of the event, you may pay at the door (cash only). However, there will only be enough food for those who paid in advance.

The audio portion will be recorded and potentially aired on the Real Estate Agent Man podcast, in whole or in part.

Can real estate professionals attend?

Accepted Answer

Since only 50 seats are available, only non real estate professionals may attend. If enough interest is expressed for a similar event geared towards real estate professionals, we may announce one at a later date.
