Beginner-Friendly Yoga Classes at Desoto Recreation Center

Discover the benefits of yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment designed specifically for beginners. My classes focus on promoting deep intentional stretching, stress relief, and overall well-being

• Class Styles: Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga.

Schedule:

• Sunday: Restorative Yoga with a gospel soundtrack.

Each session concludes with a calming crystal bowl sound bath to enhance relaxation. Classes are held in person at the Desoto Recreation Center for $10 per session or $50 for unlimited monthly access (to be paid in person) or through EventBrite with fees.
