Please join me in a Sacred Sound Healing Journey at the beautiful Barn at Windpointe. We begin with an invocation to open Sacred Space and usher you into a place of tranquility and receptivity. Channeled vocalizations are paired with gong, frame drum, bells, crystal bowls, chimes, rattles, didgeridoo and shruti box. As the sounds wash over you, your energy field will be recalibrating, allowing you to feel restored, renewed and peaceful.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled ~We will be lying down or you may sit
~ There are yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and cushions, chairs and backjacks if needed ~Bring a water bottle and optional journal
~ Bring anything else you may need to be extra comfortable lying on the floor
~ Eye masks are highly recommended
