Immerse yourself in the healing properties of sound therapy. No prior meditation experience needed.***
BLOOM Transformation Center offers a unique type of sound therapy that involves using therapeutic gongs, singing bowls and other sound instruments to bring about healing, insight, relaxation, stress and tension relief and so much more! Research has shown that sound therapy can even repair damaged DNA strands!
This practice is also sometimes referred to as a “gong bath” because participants are “bathed” in the vibrational frequencies that resonate throughout the space during the session.
With traditional meditation, individuals often report difficulty in “learning” how to meditate and eventually abort the practice out of frustration. Bloom Transformation Center's gong meditation/sound therapy participants are amazed at how effortlessly and passively they can achieve a deep meditative state. There is no learning involved and the benefits are immediate. They report everything from improved sleep, heightened intuition, reduction in pain, better focus, heightened relaxation and much more.
