2nd Friday Sound Baths featuring a Different Instrument Each Month

My vision for these events: Participants will gain a deeper understanding of sound healing principles and practices, learn techniques of a sound healing instrument, experience the profound relaxation and stress reduction benefits of a sound bath, and connect with like-minded individuals who share an interest in sound healing.

This immersive experience is open to all levels, from curious beginners to those seeking to deepen their understanding of sound healing practices.

In the first portion of this event, you will learn and practice a foundational sound healing technique using GONGS for releasing anxiety and calming the nervous system.

The second portion of this event, you will experience a full soundscape of healing vibrations as a holistic approach to self-care and well-being, promoting relaxation, energy balance, and inner harmony.

Your practitioner is Molly Adkins, an instructor of sound healing for the number 1 globally-recognized sound healing training group, the Sound Healing Academy.

In addition to sound healing and yoga certifications, she also holds certifications as an intuitive life coach and reiki master practitioner. She has a BA in voice and MA in ethnomusicology.

She has traveled the world, lived in Japan for 11 years and is fluent in Japanese. She brings her extensive world music background into her group healing sessions with her unique instrumental and vocal techniques.

In addition to offering sound healing workshops through the Sound Healing Academy, Molly currently implements her award-winning teaching skills, musical background, certifications in her business Sacred Sound Healing LLC.

She offers individual and group sound healing sessions, as well as life and business coaching programs and retreats.
