A collective sound journey in celebration of International Music Day. 6:00 PM – Welcome and short introduction. 6:15 PM – 6:25 PM – Relaxation and breathwork to prepare body and mind. 6:25 PM – 7:10 PM – 45-minute Gong Bath. 7:10 PM – 7:20 PM – Integration and grounding of the experience. 7:20 PM – 7:30 PM – Closing circle and space to share. ✨ No experience required — just bring your mat, an open heart, and let the vibration guide you.
