We're excited to provide free backpacks and school supplies to students in elementary, middle, and high school—while supplies last. Be sure to arrive early to ensure your child gets everything they need to start the year off right.

Eligibility Criteria (for physical exam):
- Must register by June 19, 2025
- Must meet the 2025 Federal Poverty Guidelines (300%)
📞 What to Expect After Registering for Free Physical: (first 25 registrants only)
Parents who register for physicals will be contacted by Community Health Center of West Palm Beach to confirm eligibility and receive an appointment time slot.
Families will walk away with not only supplies, but also academic resources to help them succeed all year long. Let’s make the return to school something to celebrate!
