His most recent album, Acoustic Pastime – Solo Guitar on Ears & Eyes Records, features solo guitar arrangements of Brian’s compositions and Thelonious Monk tunes. His jazz quartet, featuring Nick Mazzarella on alto, Quin Kirchner on drums, and Matt Ulery on bass, performs regularly and is releasing a new album this year, titled Keep Moving (Home).

Jazz pianist Tom Vaitsas is a first-call veteran of Chicago’s music scene. A sideman for legendary jazz saxophonist Von Freeman, he has toured worldwide with blues legends Lurie and Carrie Bell, and performed with jazz vocalist Dee Dee Bridgewater, guitarist Fareed Haque, and many others.
