What is the typical length of stay for a retreat?

It depends on your needs and our calendar availability.  Some stay a weekend, a few week days, and some only need a day stay.  Three days is optimum for many.  This is your retreat and your rhythm.  We will work with you to discover what you need for relaxation, renewal, healing, and visioning.

Are meals included?

We are happy to provide breakfast with your  overnight stay - delicious, fresh, and nutritious.  You are welcome to bring your own lunch and dinner, or for an additional cost, we can have them prepped and delivered to you so you don't have to worry about any meals.  Just relax and enjoy!

How far in advance do I need to register?

At least one week's advance notice is what we'll need to host your retreat, and this depends on our calendar availability.  We are usually booked several weeks to a month out. We do host day-stays, as long as they are scheduled one week in advance.

How do I schedule a retreat, and what are the minimum requirements?

Adults 18 and older (min.)- to schedule a retreat, reach out to Laura at LAW.EnvSoul@gmail.com, with an anticipated response time of 1 business day.  You will be asked to complete an intake form indicating your preferences for the retreat, an emergency contact form, and a standard waiver + $100 dep.
