To start thinking about how body language shows up in your creative work, spend some time with the following questions:

In the context of visual art, what does body language mean to you?

How do you use your body to express an emotion?

When a big feeling comes into your body, what do you do? How do you respond?

Where do you notice your emotions being held in your body? How are you holding it?

To serve our community, these events are absolutely free and open to all forms of creative expression.

1:30pm - 1:40pm Artist Roarie shares on their creative process

1:40pm - 1:55 Group somatic practice

1:55pm - 2pm Bathroom break!

2pm - 2:30pm Community conversation

2:30pm - 3pm Community art share
