New Year, New You. But where do you start?

Body, mind and soul will all be explored in depth to give you the tools and resources to making this year yours. Instructors Candice Leigh and Lola Jean combine forces to provide their expertise on matters of Tantra, Sexual Wellness and Orgasmic Energy.

This retreat will focus on everything from sexual pleasure, mental health and your physical well being. Whether you refer to your genitals as a vulva, a yoni, your pussy, sacred space or something else—this is for you. Whether you resonate with a Goddess, a God, a Force, a higher being - this is about YOU and YOUR relationship with your temple of a body.

Expect a full day of introspection while connecting with yourself and others. Learn how to positively harness your own sexual energy as well as connecting with your POWER in a judgment free group.

Arrive the night before for an optional meet and greet with the instructors and your fellow classmates.

A series of workshops will be held throughout the day. Attend them all of pick and choose which are more suited to your needs and comfort level. Lunch and snacks will be provided for all attendees.

Start the morning off with a Yoga Workshop led by Candice.

Yoni/Genital Gazing - being comfortable with our naked selves, no matter what our bodies look like.

Body Positivity and Speaking Kindly to Yourself: Learn to break down the communication you have with yourself and how to start building your own set of affirmations to focus on what our bodies CAN do instead of their limitations.

Self Pleasure (Masturbation) Workshop: An extended version of Candice and Lola's famed workshop. Let their vocal guidance instruct your hand and body and your mind to slow down and become more present than ever.

You and your Menstrual Cycle: Breaking down your relationship with you and your blood as well as the powers and properties of these secretions. Learn how to turn shame into pride…and MAGICK.

Sexual Health and Wellness for your Yoni: What tastes and smells are normal? How do you address when someone shames you? How do you keep your bits healthy with an active sex life? We WILL talk about queefing and squirting!!!

How to Ask for What You Want: Easier said than done. First identify what you want and what stands in your way of achieving it. Then craft the words and actions necessary for manifesting that.

Moving from Competition to Collaboration: The world will change when women start collaborating from a heart centered place with other women and folx. This is not a battle won alone. Educate yourself on the socialization that influences our nature to compete with one another and consciouslly find ways in which we can collaborate sexually, professionally or otherwise.

About the instructors:

Candice Leigh is a healing Goddess with a decade of yoga experience with teaching Vinyasa, Ashtanga, prenatal and postnatal yoga. She is a yoga therapist, tantrika, doula, Reiki 2 practitioner and Sexological Bodyworker. Yoga, meditation and breath work have been the essence, foundation and unwavering backbone of her tantric therapy which she has founded and titled, Naked Yoga Therapy. She is enthusiastic about progressive and embodied sex education, sexuality, spirituality and the possibilities present of where these paths meet.

Lola Jean is Sex Educator, Fetish Wrestler, Pro Domme, Writer and self proclaimed Olympian Squirter. Through both personal and professional experience, Lola brings a refreshing understanding to sex and kink to push individuals past what they think they are capable of. Lola offers a variety of FemDom, Wrestling, Squirting, and Masturbation classes and frequently makes appearances performing at House of Yes and The Box. Lola's background in the mental health field gives her a deep understanding to the mental blocks many individuals may face. A sex geek to the core, Lola continues to develop her teachings and avenues where she can spread her sexpertise to the world.
