What is your ticket refund policy?

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another event.

What time is the door open for check-in?

General Admission: 6:30 PM |VIP: 6 PM | VIP Platinum: 3:30 PM

Does my child need a ticket?

Tickets are required for everyone four years and over. Children under 4 will be checked in with a special wristband.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before the door opens for faster check-in.

Can I cancel my ticket and get the refund if I accidentially purchase it?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on all ticket purchases. Please make sure to read our policy and get the right ticket before making the purchase.
