What should I bring to the class?

Bring a water bottle, and an open mind! You can bring a mat if you'd like but studio will provide mats and props if needed!

Is this class suitable for beginners?

Yes! This is a vinyasa-style class, meaning we’ll flow continuously between poses with a focus on breath and movement. Modifications will be provided, but be ready to move!

Do I need to have experience with balancing poses?

Not at all! This class is all about exploring balance and pushing past self-imposed limits, regardless of your experience. You might even try balancing poses for the first time and discover just how capable you are!

What if I can't do some of the poses?

That’s totally okay! This class is about exploration and growth, not perfection. Alternatives and modifications will be offered.

What’s the vibe of the class?

It’s fun, supportive, and upbeat! We’ll challenge ourselves, but there’s no pressure—just a chance to explore and grow together.
