Where do I go for this screening?

This screening is being held at the Community Health Education Center. Our center is located on the first floor of Building D at Salem Hospital. Please check in at our front desk.

Do I actually need to fast before my appointment?

Yes. If you do not fast for at least 9 hours before the appointment, you will not be able to be screened at this event.

How often can I be screened?

Individuals are allowed to attend a CHEC screening once every six months. If your appointment is less than six months after your previous screening, your appointment may be cancelled.
