Class Description:
This class will focus on:
- The setup of a pipe works 400 wire feed machines.
- Learning to properly prep and fit-up pipe for the process and procedure you will be welding.
- Learning to weld using a positioner.
- Learning to weld such processes as: RMD(short arc)/FCAW(Dual Sheild) and RMD(short arc)/Hard Wire ER70s2,3,6(Pulse/Spray)
Class Cancellations: If this class has less than 6 students registered at the close of registration the class may be canceled. If the class is cancelled, you will be notified via email and any fees paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
A Note on State Credits: State Credit will only be earned for courses that have been approved by the state. If a class is approved for credit, it will be noted in the class description. To receive state credit for a class you must attend all hours of the class. Courses are approved by the state for a fixed number of credit hours. These hours cannot be edited when submitting license numbers for credit.
