Let's light it up! Glow yoga continues to be one of my favorite events and I always do one right around my birthday so.... let's celebrate!

About Me:
I have been a yoga instructor for nearly 14 years. I am a lover of books, crochet, designing and making yoga pants. I am a mom of three boys and a 100lb pup named Brownie. I love where movement and music meet and an impromptu dance party.
