The Glow More event is for adults only, 18 and up.

Can I purchase tickets on site?

Please purchase tickets online if possible.  If any tickets remain, they may be purchased at the door at the Glow More event before 7:30pm .

Doors will open at 6:45pm  for entry to the Glow More event.

Sure, but keep in mind that the party ends at 9!

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, under special circumstances, you can request a refund by contacting Chromatic Roots by email at chromatic.roots@gmail.com.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, the venue has a record of your purchase. You will be asked to show your ticket  QR when you arrive. It is recommended you print your ticket if you have purchasing issues.

What can I expect from this event?

The Glow More event takes place in Chromatic Roots that is a self-guided 360-degree immersive art installation of hand-made artworks. There will be glow items and a seed hunt for prizes.

How accessible is the experience?

Unfortunately due to the limitations of the campus, the experience is only accessible by stairs.

There is free parking in a parking lot on site behind the building.

Will there be strobe lights?

Traditional strobe lights are not used in the experience, however, there will be occasional flashing lights from projectors and LEDs. Please use your own discretion.
