Event description
Volunteer at GLOW and be in the center of the best fire and digital art in the Santa Cruz County area.

About this Event

GLOW is a festival of fire and light that includes incredible fire performances, larger than life interactive projections, and high-tech art. As a volunteer, you'll explore an open street filled with fire dancing and art, get up close with performances and music in Abbott Square, and go hands-on in the electrified museum with interactive digital art, projections, and LED sculptures.

From setting up the street festival area or flexing your photography muscles, to assisting fire artists or leading your own art activity, there's a volunteer opportunity for everyone. No experience necessary, we'll make sure you have everything you need to have a great volunteer experience.

The perks: Attend the biggest festival in downtown Santa Cruz and get an admission bracelet for a friend too! You'll also receive a free day pass to the MAH, some GLOW bling, and a tasty dinner from our friends at Woodstock's Pizza.

Mandatory GLOW Volunteer Orientation: Tuesday, October 8th 6:30-7:30pm at the MAH.

Click 'Register' to see all the volunteer opportunities and time slots.
