How will the group be facilitated?

The group will be hosted on Zoom. Once registration is closed, our zoom details will be sent to all registrants (24 hour before our first session).

Is this an open group?

Once a session begins, the group is closed to new participants. Only those who have registered will be included. All current attendees will be invited to register for the next session, which will begin the following month. The group will reopen for new participants during  open enrollment.
