Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes. Minors under 16 are not permitted to participate in this training.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

What can I bring into the event?

Bring a sweat towel and beach towel, 1 liter water bottle, sunscreen, a beach chair, a yoga mat and your favorite energy snacks. Suggested snacks; energy or protein bars, granola, jerky, fruits like a banana, orange or apple.
