Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's Sarcoma Center and The Life Raft Group are proud to co-sponsor a GIST Day of Learning (GDOL)—a free, one-day event designed to help patients and caregivers learn more about this rare cancer, find meaningful support, and gain the knowledge they need to navigate their cancer journey with confidence. Both Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and The Life Raft Group are committed to enhancing the survival and quality of life for people living with Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor (GIST).


Event Details:

Parking: Park in the Yawkey parking garage located at 450 Brookline Ave, Boston. Park as normal after taking ticket at entrance booth. Write "GIST Day of Learning," on your parking ticket. When leaving, give scribed parking ticket to exit booth attending.

Entrance: Enter at 450 Brookline Ave (Yawkey Building). Take elevator up to 3rd floor. Event is held in room 306 & 307

Timing: Doors open at 8:00a. Presentations start at 9:00a.

Food: A continental breakfast will be available during registration. Lunch consisting of sandwiches will be available around 12:00p.
