GIS Day Celebration
Overview
Let's Party! In celebration of GIS Day and the Geography 2050 Conference at Columbia University, join us for a special Mappy Hour NYC event on November 19th.
This will be a fun and festive evening bringing together over 125 GIS professionals, researchers, and students from across New York City. Hosted by The Mappy Hour, Geospatial Risk Summit, and GISMO, this event serves as our community’s annual “holiday party” featuring a night of networking, collaboration, and celebration among geospatial professionals spanning academia, government, and industry. We’ll raise a glass to the power of maps, data, and shared ideas showcasing the vibrant collaborative spirit that embodies NYC’s mapping community. Whether you’re a seasoned GIS analyst, a student just starting out, or a tech innovator using location intelligence in new ways, this is the place to connect, exchange ideas, and celebrate how far our community has come.
