The Miranda Hayman Owner of Haymans of London the Original Family of Distillers flying in all the way from London! Haymans is the oldest family run distillery in London started in 1863.

THE Simon Ford of Fords Gin. His very first time to St Louis!

Simon Ford was the cofounder of The 86 Co. and Ford's Gin. He is a leading voice in the spirits and cocktails industry and conducts educational sessions, judges bartending competitions and speaks on panels at conferences around the world.

THE David Smith Master Blender & Distiller of ST GEORGE SPIRITS, Alameda California

This is his very first time in St Louis!

Dave Smith is the head distiller/Master blender at St. George Spirits and the Gin Lover of the distillery! St George Gins are some of the most reknowned gins around the world inspiring an entirely new wave of craft distilling and attention to terroir.
