GIN + TINS CLUB is a recurring, three-course pairing experience featuring premium gins from world-class distilleries and elevated dishes made from premium tinned ingredients. Each event showcases a different gin distiller paired with chef-crafted plates created exclusively for the evening by La Metro’s culinary team.
Every course includes a Gin & Tonic cocktail made with the featured gin, matched with a dish that highlights the botanicals, texture, and story behind each pour. The evening is hosted by La Metro’s team alongside representatives from the distillery, offering insight into the craft behind both the cocktails and the tins.
