Gifts of Joy: A Christmas Village Experience is a holiday celebration of love, laughter, and giving. Families will enjoy music, food, crafts, live entertainment, photos, and joyful surprises — all leading up to the grand finale: gift-giving and photos with Santa. This collaborative event — hosted by CHVB-South Chesterfield Pavilion, Yuniku Events, and New York Belles — brings together local families, volunteers, and sponsors to create an unforgettable Christmas experience for the children

Event Schedule 2:00 PM — Event Opens – Welcome by MC, music begins, families explore food, crafts, and bounce houses. 2:15 PM — Craft Cabin, Cocoa Corner, and Photo Booths Open – Kids create ornaments and enjoy treats. 3:00 PM — Bounce House Fun & Family Time – Outdoor play zone and DJ games. 3:45 PM — Kid Performances – Youth choirs, dancers, and skits. 4:30 PM — Jingle Jam Dance Contest – DJ hosts family dance-offs with prizes. 5:00 PM — Carol Sing-Along – Everyone joins to sing Christmas classics. 5:20 PM — Gifts of Joy Ceremony & Santa’s Arrival – Santa distributes gifts and poses for photos. 5:50 PM — Closing Message – Words of thanks from hosts and sponsor recognition. 6:00 PM — Farewell & Music Send-Off – Guests depart with gifts and photos.
