《敦煌有禮》互動沉浸藝術展 "Gifts from Dunhuang" Interactive Immersive Art Exhibition

"Gifts from Dunhuang — An Immersive Journey Through Time and Art: A Millennium-Old Artistic Soul" Interactive Art Exhibition: Reviving the Artistic Treasures of Thousand-Year-Old Dunhuang Culture

Inspired by the Dunhuang "Mogao Grottoes Murals" and "Ritual Music" culture, this exhibition is meticulously curated by the Art Museum of Contemporary & Cultural Technology (AMCCT), dedicated to creating a serene "flow state mindfulness" within a 5,000-square-foot space. Visitors will step into the "Illusory Dunhuang" to admire the millennium-old murals, hold lanterns to traverse through 3-meter-high iconic Dunhuang paintings, and experience engaging Dunhuang allegorical stories through the "Dynamic Sands Interactive Installation." Visitors can also temporarily escape the hustle and bustle of urban life, pause in the "Mindfulness Pavilion" to meditate and transcribe the Heart Sutra or trace Dunhuang patterns, rediscovering focus and inner peace while immersing themselves in the spiritual space brought to life by thousand-year-old Dunhuang.

The exhibition also features collaborations between art tech development company #MatezLab and #Art Museum of Contemporary & Cultural Technology, leveraging contemporary technology to reinterpret Dunhuang art and create an immersive interactive experience. Through the rhythmic breathing of the "#AI Painted Sculpture World" and the touch-interactive star palace monuments of the "#Flying Apsaras Twelve Palaces," the entire mural "comes to life" when touchpoints are activated. Dunhuang’s flying apsaras instantly transform into dancers playing ancient instruments, realizing the digital marvel of "silent paintings sounding and static apsaras dancing." Visitors enter a multi-sensory interactive field, combining physical like sound drums, which transforms into dynamic visual ripples, forming mantra resonance. Finally, visitors are invited to become contemporary Dunhuang artists, co-creating artworks just like the generations of artisans in the Mogao Grottoes, continuing Dunhuang’s artistic spirit of "harmonious convergence," allowing visitors to resonate with the millennium-old flow through "sight, sound, and touch resonance."

The exhibition also features six pop-up experiential activities, focusing on intangible cultural heritage handcrafts × digital technology × traditional aesthetics. Visitors can personally experience DIY intangible cultural heritage handcrafts, including

展覽還有六大體驗快閃活動，以非遺手作 × 數碼科技 × 傳統美學作為主軸，親身體驗非遺手作DIY，包括 #敦煌泥板壁畫、#非遺宋錦珍珠畫、#慢活·流沙藝術裝置、#數碼AI藝術瓷藝、#非遺點翠工藝 及 #非遺螺鈿工藝，讓大家把藝術作品帶回家留念。每項工作坊活動均需收費。
