GIFTED N BLK is a platform launched by Faith in October 2024 to celebrate and elevate Black artists from local and surrounding communities. Born from a need for more spaces that truly showcase diversity, this platform is all about uplifting underrepresented voices and cultivating creative culture.
This month, for all the Hip Hop fans, we’re turning up the volume at Other Space Arts with three heavyweight performers bringing their own unique energy and sound to the stage:
Grimm Dreamurr – A singer and rapper from West London, blending rap and R&B with a fresh, introspective twist. He spells his name with "U R R" because, in his words, "If I'm a dreamer, you are too."
Lex Jones – Emo-drill, pop melodies, nihilistic lyricism—Lex is what you get if "The Joker and Lana Del Rey had a child that made drill." After living in Seoul and interviewing names like Jay Park, Kohh, and Supreme Boi, Lex returned to Europe only to vanish into the depths of Berlin during the pandemic. Now he returns with a sound that’s dark, bold, and completely original.
Anyway tha God – British-born, Caribbean-raised, and spiritually rooted. As a father, mentor, and independent artist, Anyway is a lyrical force with a passion for self-expression, genre-bending experimentation, and healing through music. He’s part of several collectives including LGN, RapXchange, and GAWDSandLAWDS.
