Gift of the Inner Child Workshop

Gift of the Inner Child is an invitation to rediscover the wonder, joy, and wisdom of your inner child. Step into a nurturing, creative space to connect with the playful, feeling, imaginative and intuitive parts of yourself who hold the keys to your authentic and sacred expression.

Through guided visualization and meditation, you’ll journey inward to meet your inner child and listen for the gifts they long to share with you. Using the intuitive process of SoulCollage®, you’ll give visual form to this precious part of yourself and deepen connection through collage, expressive writing, and drawing.

This workshop blends mindfulness, creativity, and self-discovery. No artistic experience required, just a willingness to engage in Mindful Creative Play! You’ll walk away with a vitalizing meditation, unique SoulCollage® card, and tools for nurturing—and being nurtured by—the many gifts of the inner child.
