Join Carroll County Master Gardeners for two Round Robin presentations in our CORE demonstration garden. We have a wealth of information to share, so bring a notebook, pen, and wear sturdy shoes as we walk about the garden.

The CORE demonstration garden is located BEHIND the Extension Complex. Follow Agricultural Center Drive to the gates at the 4H Therapeudic Riding barn. Guides will instruct you where to go from there.

In the event of inclement weather, registered attendees will be notified via email no later than 4 PM the day of. There is no rain date for this event.

1. Vertical Gardening and Plant Supports

- Start growing up! Join CCMGs for a discussion and show & tell of structures in the garden, what you can use to grow vertically, what crops benefit from this strategy and why you can choose this method of growing.


2. Herbs in the Garden

- Visit our vegetable demo garden for an instructive look at how to strategically grow herbs in your garden to deter pests and increase yields and provide delicious additions to your cuisine. See and touch the different herbs that will add benefits to your health and garden.
