This casual, open-house style event will highlight expertly crafted dishes from five talented local chefs, each paired with our signature beers to bring out the best in both.

-Smoked pastrami reuben slider with swiss cheese and 1,000 island dressing
-Bacon jalapeno mac and cheese
-Cocoa and Chocolate Braised Leg of Wild Boar, Kabocha Squash, Pearl Onions
-Gougere Puffs with Roasted Date Puree
-Pickled Mirliton and shrimp, croutons
-Smoked Cocoa Chili
-GOTM marinated, local coffee rubbed flank steak with chimichurri on crostini
-Two bite pork tacos with candied jalapeno & pickled onions
-Campfire Cupcake - graham cracker crust, brulee creme frosting, mocha drizzle
-Maple-gingerbread peach parfait - layers of crushed gingerbread cookies, peach compote, vanilla pudding, maple creme frosting
