Getting Through Tough Times with Compassion & Honesty

Life can get really hard sometimes, and facing tough moments isn’t easy. This free 90-minute information and group conversation is here to help you learn to move through challenges with more kindness—for yourself and others—and honest self-awareness.

When we’re gentle with ourselves and open about how we feel, we create space for healing, growth, and peace.

Why is this important? Because many of us push down pain or feel alone in our struggles, which can make things feel heavier and harder to handle. Learning to meet difficult emotions with compassion and honesty helps us break that cycle. It helps us build inner strength, calm our minds, and connect more deeply with others.

In this event, you’ll walk away with:

- A mindful breathing and grounding practice to calm your emotions when stress feels overwhelming.

- Simple tools for honest self-reflection, helping you understand your feelings without judgment.

- Ways to gently communicate your needs and feelings to others, fostering healthier, more supportive relationships.

We will co-create a nurturing space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you move through life’s ups and downs with more ease and heart at the center of it all.
