Traditional approaches to training, instructional design, talent, and human resources are good. They’re covered by common degrees, help us bring consistency to our work, and align teams as we add capacity. But they sometimes lack the depth and nuance to be effective in an evolving world.
Our approach, called Performance Experience Design (PXD), tries to take a holistic approach to what, when, how, and where we can impact the performance of individuals—rooted in the history of the Learning and Development field. It incorporates the latest in what we collectively call the performance sciences, delivering small ways to have a big impact. For example, why have individuals only set goals (a traditional approach) when research shows that setting goals plus Triggered Action Planning (a modern approach) drives twice the results?
Enhance your current working processes (ADDIE, ADKAR, etc.) in our Getting Started With Performance Experience Design workshop, during which we’ll cover key moments in your design/development process and show you how to install small research-driven practices that will have large impact.
This virtual workshop will be hosted on Tuesday, Feb. 14 from 11 AM–1 PM ET, and Thursday, Feb. 16 from 11 AM–1 PM ET.
