About this event

In this experiential workshop, you’ll receive a multimedia overview of your body’s operating system—the nervous system—and its subtle relationship to the chakra system. We’ll explore the vital role of the vagus nerve and how simple practices like nerve flossing can help alleviate inflammation, restore alignment, and release stress.

This participatory course includes breathwork, chanting, and sliding and gliding movement, making it accessible and beneficial for practitioners of all levels. By the end of the session, you can expect to feel calm, grounded, and integrated—more at ease in your body and more resilient in your daily life.
