Our amazing panel will talk about how to craft your resume and apply for jobs during the Corona Apocalypse. Come network with other attendees and the panelists!

Panelists:

1. David Berk - Co-founder and Head of Recruitment Operations at Beacon Talent

David Berk is the Co-founder and CRO at Beacon. He is an experienced technology entrepreneur and executive with deep revenue and operations experience across SaaS, HR Technology and Marketplace sectors.

David started his career in executive search at Carrington Fox before launching his own firm which was eventually acquired by Hired. At Hired, David’s responsibilities over his tenure included Sales, Marketplace Operations and Insights. Since leaving Hired, David had led marketing organizations at Harri and Porch before starting Beacon with Juney.

David’s unique combination of recruiting, sales and marketing expertise lends itself well to leading the Recruiting Operations function at Beacon where he works closely with our recruiting teams to ensure consistent and successful outcomes for our clients.


2. Priyanka Gupta - Head People Operations at Amplitude

Priyanka is a global HR leader with experience across publicly traded as well as startups. In her career span of 15+ years she has built and scaled people teams ; built frameworks for driving a high performance culture along with being a coach to managers and business leaders. She holds a Master's in HR and Bachelor's in Engineering.


3. Bhavna Agnihotri - Senior Legal Counsel at Swiss Re

Bhavna Agnihotri is a Senior Legal Counsel in the Structured (Re)insurance Transactions Group at Swiss Re. Bhavna is an experienced corporate attorney with extensive transactional experience. Her practice focuses on corporate transactions in the reinsurance industry, and she has advised on several of the most significant and unique transactions in the industry. The breadth of her experience includes reinsurance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions and strategic investments, as well as securities offerings and other corporate transactions.

Bhavna started her legal career at the Jones Day office in Tokyo and came to Swiss Re from Willkie, Farr & Gallagher LLP. Her background in business, dispute resolution training at Harvard Law School, interpersonal skills and technical expertise position her to provide high quality bespoken advice to sophisticated clients.


4. Kerry Flynn Barrett - Executive Flynn Barrett Consulting, LLC

Ms. Flynn Barrett is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles and leading teams in human resources. She has a full range of experience in strategy, workforce assessment, planning, design and implementation, employee and labor relations, labor negotiations, employee engagement, effective communication strategies, and relationship building. Prior to consulting Ms. Flynn Barrett held the role of VP Human Resources for over 20 years. Her consulting engagement experience ranges from performance of full HR audits, process design improvement, labor prevention, recruitment strategy, executive coaching and leadership development.

Ms. Flynn Barrett has a Master of Science, in Organizational Development and Human Resource Management from Manhattanville College. She has held roles as Chair of the Hospital Association of New York Human Resources Statewide Council (SHRAC), as well as her active memberships in the New York City region chapter of AHHRA and Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Ms. Flynn Barrett’s professional commitment is also personal and extends beyond the workplace into her community where she and her family volunteer in local service organizations.


5. Abigail Vachon - Lead Talent Advocate PowerToFly

Abigail Vachon is a Lead Talent Advocate with PowerToFly, the fastest growing global platform connecting women with companies that value equitable work environments. She works both to engage skilled women by pairing them with professional resources and opportunities and to guide companies on bringing more women candidates into their open roles.With Ms. Vachon’s background in real estate and financial services, her professional path has focused on helping people, and especially women, achieve success across some of life’s fundamental responsibilities: finding the right career, finding the right home, and figuring out the “money stuff” in between.
